Learning at the Museum
Learn at the JMA
Every year, thousands of students, educators and members of the public visit our cultural Museum. Around 80% of our visitors come from non-Jewish backgrounds, cementing the JMA as a hub for cross-cultural learning.
Our school programs are designed to give students and teachers the opportunity to look both outwards onto a diverse Australian community, and to reflect inwards on their own lives and experiences – serving as both ‘windows’ and ‘mirrors’. Our school programs align with the Victorian Curriculum.
The JMA welcomes all people: our professional development workshops assist educators and the wider community in cultural competencies, and our short courses allow adult learners to discover more about themselves, Jewish culture and world.
Make the JMA your home for learning, connecting and building bridges between communities.
